Release 2026.7.8 - Census Universal Sidebar

Added a universal Genesis Census sidebar shell for the Launchpad, CRM, Voice, and Presence pages.

Added parent navigation groups for CRM, Voice, and Presence, each linking to the active solution routes.

Preserved CRM child navigation under the CRM parent, including Resident, Sales CRM, and Resident Readiness groupings.

Preserved the existing CRM sidebar visual language across all Census solution pages.

Moved Voice module switching into route-based navigation under /apps/census/voice?module=....

Removed duplicate Voice-only launch navigation now handled by the universal shell.

Updated release metadata to version 2026.7.8.

Updated visible Census shell/module version labels from v1.0 to v2026.7.8.

Removed remaining app-visible CRM v1.0 copy from the CRM workspace.

Added /apps/census/release-notes so users can open user-facing release notes from the visible version label or sidebar footer.

Reconciles production-only main history back into develop before promoting the current QA-approved Census release.

Makes Census module feature flags resolve from the running App Service environment instead of being fixed during the Next.js build.
Allows GENESIS_CENSUS_PRESENCE_ENABLED=true to expose the Presence sidebar and routes in QA without changing the pipeline file.
Applies the same runtime-safe lookup pattern to CRM, sales pipeline, and Voice flags for consistent behavior.

Aligns the CRM smoke contract with the Contact Management route's existing environment boundary.
Requires the route when advanced CRM is enabled, accepts the production 404 when advanced CRM is disabled, and still validates the localhost development preview when it is available.

Adds a site-scoped Contact Management page at /apps/census/crm/contacts backed by dbo.GenericInquiries.
Supports contact search, create, edit, delete, and server-side Mailgun email delivery with signed-in user auditing.
Adds the Presence Website CMS at /apps/census/presence/website for Site 405 (maples) with page CRUD, immutable revisions, review/publish workflow, SEO fields, and optional OpenAI or Anthropic draft generation.

Introduces the shared Grace and Max compact newscaster experience with spotlighted page guidance.
Adds safe interaction prompts, protected-action interception, automatic visible-control explanations, and caption fallback.

v2026.10.0

Remove future meal plan scheduling from the Census customer UI.
Show applied meal plan assignment history only; planned rows and Apply controls are no longer displayed.
Reject future-dated schedule upserts in both Census and SIConnect APIs. Existing database rows are preserved; no SQL or migration is included.
